The Dental Chair: A Complete Style Statement

The Dental Chair by TECNODENT S.p.a., Italy is an ergonomic delight for both the patient and dentist offering total ease of comfort and use. It is a combination between mechanical strength, hand-craftsmanship with refined materials, and a futuristic design. Besides, the chair is built for complete symmetry for both right-handed and left-handed professionals and comes with an optional rotating device which allows the chair to rotate around the vertical axis by a lever under the seat. Soft curve lines; high quality upholstery, without seams for a better hygiene; the anatomical wrapping but still slim backrest offers the professional more room for free movements.

• Electromechanical Lifting, lowering and tilting movements;
• UNI and light headrests are multi-articulated and allows positioning of the headrest along 3 axis;

Delivery System: Total Substance

The highly advanced and patented pneumatic German technology of the ACE 300 delivery systems augurs well with its compact size and seamless integration. The systems’ sophisticated platform is capable of handling three or more instruments which can be integrated at any future phase of expansion or modernization. The air and water flow within the unit, at each stage, are regulated by pneumatic micro check valves, relays and regulators which are specially made in-house at our manufacturing facility in Germany. The ACE 300 is equipped with a highly intuitive application which can be downloaded on any Android-based tablet or phone as a display panel, which allows for multiple-user settings with password protection, instrument speed and power adjustments, as well as water spray regulation.

Flexibility:

• Configuration flexibility for use with scaler, air-motor, turbine, electric motor, curing light etc.;
• Multiple micro-motors with the same driver can be used within the same system;
• Blue tooth enabled touch screen can be used from any android device to determine the settings of instruments. Multiple doctors can save their preferred program which is password protected;
• Tubing on dentist module can easily be replaced via quick coupling;

Safer Treatment:

• Water-supply hosing are made of material that slows the growth of  bacteria, fungi & biofilm;
• Water bottle is close to instruments for lesser chance of contamination in tubings
• Out-drop valves to prevent suck back of contaminated water into delivery system tubing
• All instrument holders and hoses can be removed for disinfection

Dental Light

• LED technology dental light from FARO S.pa., Italy, made of solid aluminum alloy;
• Reflected light through 258 small reflecting facets from LUX 3,000 to 50,000,  CRI 95 and color temperature 5000 K at any intensity;
• 3D Rotation on the optical axis of the head provides best accuracy of beam orientation;
• The beautifully designed and ergonomic jointed Faro Alya LED operating light can be mounted on the ceiling, wall or the unit.

Assistant Side Unit

• Dedicated left/right assistant’s arm
• Choose from 3 or 4 position holders providing hosing for camera and curing light
• Chair programs, bowl rinsing and cup filler can be maneuvered from touch pad
• Single filter system for strong and weak suction

Foot Switch

• Wet/dry foot control with chip blower/accessory button;
• Standard foot control for rotary instrument control and speed regulation.

Water Bottle

• The water bottle has an automated inbuilt fine mesh filter and pressure regulator with an auto pressure  release valve for exchanging  or refilling the bottle;

Cuspidor

• Swiveling and removable ceramic cuspidor with timed cup fills and rinsing of the bowl
